The administrators of the French Heritage DNA project are respectively Doug MILLER (Santa Clarita, Californie, USA) and Jacques BEAUGRAND (Dunham, Québec, Canada)  Doug MILLER is the co-administrator of the "French Heritage DNA Project". He is a volunteer.
He has been involved in French-Canadian genealogy for over 20 years and is a founding member of the French-Canadian Heritage Society of California. Doug is retired and is the author of Miller's Manual, A Research Guide to the Major
French-Canadian Genealogical Resources, 1997, Quintin Publications.Doug's French-Canadian heritage derives from his mother, Rosemary V. Brancheau, descendant of Charles Branchereau (1662-1711), son of Jacques Branchereau of Macqueville, Charente Martime, FR. Doug is a member of several genealogical societies:
 Jacques BEAUGRAND is administrator of «ADN Héritage Français». He is a scientific researcher, retired from university professorship. As a typical «québécois» he is descendant of a mixture of French, Acadian, Italian, English and Amerindian ancestors.Jacques is a member of the following genealogical associations:

Jacques BEAUGRAND is the francophone interlocutor of this project. He is in charge of programming the website, creating the various databases and performing quantitative analyses of the data.
